Housing Authority of Cumberland Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of Cumberland (HAC) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.The HAC offers one Public Housing community with 140 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from  1 to 5 bedrooms.To apply, visit the HAC office to pick up a pre-application, located at 178 Russell Dr, Cumberland, KY 40823, from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday.Once the pre-application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, proof of all income, photo IDs for all adult household members.The HAC does not have a preference.Qualified applicants will be placed by the date and time the pre-application is received.For more information, call the HAC office at (606) 589-4600, from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday.
