The Housing Authority of Harlan (HAH) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.The HAH offers one Public Housing community with 176 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from studios to 5 bedrooms.To apply, visit the HAH to pick up a pre-application, located at 509 Poplar St, Harlan, KY 40831 during normal office hours.Once the pre-application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above during normal office hours.Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, photo IDs for all adult household members, proof of all income, bank statements, if married or divorced they need the documents.Preferences were note identified.For more information, call the HAH office at (606) 573-5800 during normal office hours.
