Housing Authority of Nicholasville Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of Nicholasville (HAN) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled  households.The HAN offers one Public Housing community with 54 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms.To apply, visit the HAN office to pick up a pre-application, located at 601 Broadway St, Nicholasville, KY 40356, from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.Once the pre-application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above.No documents are needed at this time.The HAN does not have a preference.Qualified applicants will be placed by the date and time the pre-application is received.For more information, call the HAN office at (859) 885-4324, from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
