Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of Morehead (HAM) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applicaitons for families and senior/disabled households.
The HAM offers one Public Housing community with 222 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from studios to 4 bedrooms.
To apply, visit the HAM office to pick up a pre-application, located at 200 Heritage Pl, Morehead, KY 40351, from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm; 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
Once the pre-application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above,  from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm; 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, photo IDs for all adult household members, and proof of all income.
No preferences were noted.
