Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of Monticello (HAM) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.
The HAM offers one Public Housing community with 107 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from studios to 4 bedrooms.
To apply, visit the HAM to pick up a pre-application, located at 210 Homestead Heights, Monticello, KY 42633, from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
Once the pre-application has been completed, you must go the appointment that the HAW staff made you when the pre-application was picked up.
Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application:  Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, photo IDs for all adult household members, and proof of all income.
