Housing Authority of Monticello Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of Monticello (HAM) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.The HAM offers one Public Housing community with 107 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from studios to 4 bedrooms.To apply, visit the HAM to pick up a pre-application, located at 210 Homestead Heights, Monticello, KY 42633, from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm, Monday-Friday.Once the pre-application has been completed, you must go the appointment that the HAW staff made you when the pre-application was picked up.Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application:  Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, photo IDs for all adult household members, and proof of all income.Preferences were not identified.For more information, call the HAM office at (606) 348-6286, from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
