Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of Versailles (HAV) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.
The HAV offers one Public Housing community with 155 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from studios to 5 bedrooms.
There are two ways to apply:1. Download the pre-application here, then print and complete.2. Visit the HAV to pick up a pre-application, located at 519 Poplar St. Versailles, KY 40383, on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8:00 am - 12:00 pm; 12:45 pm - 4:00 pm, and on Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm.
Once the pre-application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, from 9:00 am until 11:00 am; 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm, on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday. The last Friday of each month, the HAV is closed.
Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, a government or state issued ID for all adult household member,  and last years tax return papers. All adult household members must be present when submitting the pre-application.
