Housing Authority of Winchester Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of Winchester (HAW) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.The HAW offers three Public Housing communities with 400 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from studios to 5 bedrooms.There are two ways to apply:

1. Visit the HAW office to pick up a pre-application, located at 200 Canewood Dr., Winchester, KY 40391, from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm ET, Monday-Friday.
2. Download a pre-application here, then print and complete.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards for all household members, photo IDs for all adult household members, a list of previous landlords, and proof of all income.No preferences were noted.For more information, visit the HAW website, or call the office at (859) 744-2960 from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
