Housing Authority of the Village of Parks Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the Village of Parks (HAVP) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for general occupancy.


The HAVP offers one Public Housing community with 16 units for general occupancy, ranging in size from 1 to 2 bedrooms.


To apply, visit the HAVP to pick up a pre-application, located at 1003 Charles St, St Martinville, LA 70582, from 9:15 am until 12:15 pm, Monday-Friday.


Once the pre-application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, from 9:15 am until 12:15 pm, Monday-Friday.


Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, proof of all income, proof of residency, photo IDs for all adult household members.


The HAVP does have a preference for: Applicants that live and/or work in Village of Parks, elderly, or disabled.
