Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the Town of Erath is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.
This housing authority offers three Public Housing communities with 58 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 3 bedrooms.
To apply, visit the housing authority office to pick up a pre-application, located at 608 N Lahasky St., Erath, LA 70533, from 7:30 am until 4:00 pm CT, Monday-Friday.
Once the pre-application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, from 7:30 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
Be sure to include photo IDs for all adult household members with the pre-application. All adult household members must be present when handing in the pre-application.
This housing authority does not have a preference.
Qualified applicants will be placed by the date and time the pre-application is received.
