Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of Westwego (HAW) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.
The HAW offers two Public Housing communities with 300 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms.
To apply, visit the HAW to complete a pre-application, located at 1010 Sixth Street, Westwego, LA 70094, from 8:30 am until 11:30 am CT; and 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
The following documentation is required of the applicant: Verification of address and income.
No preferences were noted.
