The Detroit Housing Commission (DHC) Senior Public Housing waiting list for apartments at the communities listed below is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from August 17, 2020 until February 28, 2021. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

This opening is for the following communities:

• Forest Park Apartments (50 and Older)
• Warren West Apartments (50 and Older)
• Riverbend Apartments (50 and Older)
• Sheridan Place I & II (50 and Older)
• Woodbridge Senior Village

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
