East Tawas Housing Commission Public Housing Waiting List

The East Tawas Housing Commission (ETHC) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for senior/disabled individuals.Please note: The ETHC does not offer a Public Housing program for families.The ETHC offers one Public Housing community with 41 units for senior/disabled individuals.There are two ways to apply:

1. Visit the ETHC to pick up a pre-application, located at 304 W. Bay Street, East Tawas, MI 48730, during normal office hours.
2. Download the pre-application online here, then print and complete.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.Be sure to to include copies of these documents with your application: Birth certificates, Social Security Cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.No preferences were noted.For more information, visit the ETHC website, or call the office at (989) 362-4963 or (989) 362-8561 during normal office hours.
