Public Housing Waiting List

The Bedford Township Housing Commission (BTHC) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for senior/disabled individuals.
Please note: The BTHC does not offer a Public Housing program for families.
The BTHC offers one Public Housing community with 97 units for senior/disabled individuals.
There are two ways to apply:

1. Visit the BTHC to pick up a pre-application, located at 8745 Lewis Ave., Temperance, MI 48182, from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm EDT, Monday-Friday.
2. Request to have an application mailed to you by calling (734) 847-3950 from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.

Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above. 
No documents are needed at this time.
No preferences were noted.
