Dearborn Housing Commission Public Housing Waiting List

The Dearborn Housing Commission (DHC) is currently accepting public housing waiting list pre-applications for elderly/disabled individuals.


Please note: The family Public Housing waiting list is currently closed.



The DHC offers three Public Housing communities with 333 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.


To apply, visit the DHC to pick up a pre-application, located at 13615 Michigan Avenue, Dearborn, MI 48120, during normal office hours.


Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above. 


No documents are needed at this time.
