Elk Rapids Housing Commission Public Housing Waiting List

The Elk Rapids Housing Commission (ERHC) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for senior/disabled individiauls.Please note: The ERHC does not offer a Public Housing program for families.The ERHC offers one Public Housing community with 20 units for senior/disabled individuals.To apply, visit the ERHC to pick up a pre-application, located at 701 Chippewa Street, Elk Rapids, MI 49629, during normal office hours.Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.Be sure to include copies of these documents with the pre-application: Birth certificates, Social Security Cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.The ERHC does have a preference for veterans.For more information, the ERHC can be reached by calling 231-264-5831 during normal office hours.
