The Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for apartments at Coolidge Place is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from June 29, 2020, until April 1, 2021. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.
