Public Housing Waiting List

The Rogers City Housing Commission (RCHC) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for senior/disabled individuals.
Please note: The RCHC does not offer a Public Housing program for families.
The RCHC offers one Public Housing community with 38 units for senior/disabled individuals.
There are two ways to apply:

1. Visit the RCHC to pick up a pre-application, located at 643 W Erie St, Rogers City, MI 49779, during normal office hours.
2. Download the online application here, then print and complete.

Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above. 
Be sure to include copies of these documents with your application: Birth certificates, Social Security Cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.
The RCHC does have a preference point system that may improve your spot on the waiting list: Victim of domestic violence, victim of a natural disaster, employed, disabled, or enrolled in a job training program.
