Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Luverne Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Luverne (HRAL) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.The HRAL offers one Public Housing community with 70 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 2 bedrooms.There are two ways to apply:

1. Visit the HRAL to pick up a pre-application, located at 216 N McKenzie Street, Luverne, MN 56156, during normal office hours.
2. Request to have a pre-application mailed or emailed to you by calling (507) 283-4922 during normal office hours.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.No documents are needed at this time.The HRAL does have a preference for elderly or disabled applicants.For more information, the HRAL can be reached by calling (507) 283-4922 during normal office hours.
