Colleen Loney Manor Waiting List

The Dakota County Community Development Agency (DCCDA) waiting list for apartments at Colleen Loney Manor is closed.

The DCCDA last accepted applications for this waiting list from February 1, 2022 until March 31, 2022. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

This waiting list had the following preferences;

• Applicants who currently live, work, are hired to work or go to school full-time in Dakota County and whose incomes are between the preference and maximum income limits for the program. 

It was not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
