The Brainerd Housing and Redevelopment Authority (BHRA) Brainerd South waiting list is currently open, since at least November 16, 2018, until further notice. Waiting lists for a specific community or bedroom size may be closed.

Please note: Brainerd South is a community with 60 1-and 2-Bedroom units.
