Senior Housing Program 2-Bedroom Multiple Properties Waiting List

The Dakota County Community Development Agency (DCCDA) Senior (62+) Housing Program waiting list for 2-Bedroom apartments at the communities listed below is currently open. Applications are being accepted from April 1, 2021, until further notice.

Please note: This waiting list opening is for the following properties:

• Apple Valley - Cobblestone Square, Cortland Square and Orchard Square
  Burnsville - Eagle Ridge Place and Park Ridge Place

It is not known how selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
