Fergus FallsOtter Tail County Housing and Redevelopment Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Fergus Falls/Otter Tail County Housing and Redevelopment Authority (FFOTCHRA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.The FFOTCHRA offers one Public Housing community with 67 units for families, ranging from three and four bedrooms, and one Public Housing Community for senior/disabled households.There are two ways to apply:

1. Download the pre-application online here, then print and complete.
2. Pick up a pre-application in person at FFHRA, located at 1151 Friberg Ave., Fergus Falls, MN 56537, during normal office hours.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.No documents are needed at this time.The FFHRA does not have a preference. For more information, visit the FFHRA website, or call the office at (218) 739-3249 during normal office hours.
