Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Bemidji (HRAB) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.
The HRAB offers one Public Housing community with 120 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms.
There are two ways to apply:

1. Visit the HRAB to pick up a pre-application, located at  619 America Ave NW, Bemidji, MN 56601, from 8:30 am until 4:30 am CT, Monday-Friday.
2. Request to have a pre-application mailed to you by calling (218) 444-4522, from 8:30 am until 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above. 
No documents are needed at this time.
No preferences were noted.
