Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Baudette Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Baudette (HRAB) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families.Please note: The HRAB does not offer a Public Housing program for senior/disabled households.The HRAB offers two Public Housing communities with 20 units for families, ranging from 2 to 3 bedrooms.There are two ways to apply:

1. Request to have a pre-applicaiton mailed to you by calling 218-634-2422, from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm CT, Monday-Friday.
2. Pick up a pre-application in person at 401 West Hamilton, Baudette, MN 56623, from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm, Monday-Friday.

Once the pre-application has been completed it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.No documents are needed at this time.No preferences were noted.For more information, the HRAB can be reached by calling (218) 634-2422 from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
