Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Delano (HRAD) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.
Please note: The HRAD only offers one bedroom units. Families can apply but they must require a one bedroom unit.
The HRAD offers one Public Housing community with 30 units for families and senior/disabled households, that have only one bedroom units.
There are two ways to apply: 

1. Visit the HRAD to pick up a pre-application, located at 125 5th Street S, Delano, MN 55328, during normal office hours.
2. Download a pre-application here, then print and complete.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.
No documents are needed at this time.
The HRAD does not have a preference.
Qualified applicants will be placed by the date and time the pre-application is received.
