Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Ely Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Ely (HRAE) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.The HRAE offers one Public Housing community with 120 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms.There are two ways to apply:

1. Visit the HRAE to pick up a pre-application, located at 114 N 8th Ave E, Ely, MN 55731, during normal office hours.
2. Request to have a pre-application mailed to you by calling 218-365-3900 during normal office hours.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards, birth certificates, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.No preferences were noted.For more information, visit the HRAE website, or call the office at (218) 365-3900 during normal office hours.
