Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Janesville Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Janesville (HRAJ) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for senior/disabled households.Please note: The HRAJ does not offer a Public Housing program for families.The HRAJ offers one Public Housing community with 38 units for senior/disabled households.There are two ways to apply:

1. Visit the HRAJ to pick up a pre-application, located at 106 E North Street, Janesville, MN 56048, during normal office hours.
2. Request to have a pre-application mailed or emailed to you by calling (507) 231-5880 during normal office hours.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards, birth certificates, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.The HRAJ does not have a preference.Qualified applicants will be placed by the date and time the pre-application is received.For more information, the HRAJ can be reached by calling (507) 231-5880 during normal office hours.
