Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Lincoln County Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Lincoln County (HRALC) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.Please note: The HRALC does accept senior/disabled households if they qualify for a two bedroom unit.The HRAL offers one Public Housing community with 20 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 2 to 3 bedrooms.There are two ways to apply:

1. Visit the HRALC to pick up a pre-application, located at 402 North Harold Street, Ivanhoe, MN 56142, during normal office hours.
2. Request to have a pre-application mailed to you by calling (507) 694-1552 during normal office hours.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards, proof of all income, photo IDs for all adult household members, and birth certificates.The HRALC does not have a preference.Qualified applicants will be placed by the date and time the pre-application is received.For more information, the HRALC can be reached by calling (507) 694-1552 during normal office hours.
