Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Montevideo (HRAM) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for senior/disabled households.
Please note: The HRAM does not offer a Public Housing program for families.

The HRAM offers one Public Housing community with 57 units for senior/disabled households.
There are two ways to apply:

1. Visit the HRAM to pick up a pre-application, located at 501 N 1st Street, Montevideo, MN 56265, during normal office hours.
2. Request to have a pre-application mailed to you by calling (320) 269-6868 during normal office hours.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above. 
No documents are needed at this time.
No preferences were noted.
