Housing and Redevelopment Authority of St. James Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of St. James (RASJ) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.The RASJ offers one Public Housing community with 77 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms.There are two ways to apply:

1. Visit the RASJ to pick up a pre-application, located at 415 Armstrong Blvd. N, Saint James, MN 56081 during normal office hours.
2. Download a pre-application online here, then print and complete.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above during normal office hours.Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards, photo IDs for all adult household members, and proof of all income.No preferences were noted.For more information, visit the RASJ website, or call the office at (507) 375-3827 during normal office hours.
