Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Virginia, Minnesota (HRAVM) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applicatons for families and senior/disabled households.
The HRAVM offers three Public Housing communities with 272 units for families and senor/disabled households
There are two ways to apply:

1. Visit the HRAVM to pick up a pre-application, located at 442 Pine Mill Court, Virginia, MN 55792, during normal office hours.
2. Download a pre-application online here, then print and complete.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be hand delivered to the address listed above, or mailed to PO Box 1146, Virginia, MN 55792. 
No documents are needed at this time.
The HRAVM does have a preference point system that may improve your spot on the waiting list: Homeless, employed at least 20 hours a week, near elderly, elderly, or living, working, promised employment, or attending school in Virginia, MN.
