Itasca Housing and Redevelopment Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Itasca Housing and Redevelopment Authority (IHRA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.The IHRA offers one Public Housing community with 40 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 3 bedrooms.There are three ways to apply:

1. Visit the ICHRA to pick up a pre-application, located at 102 NE Third Avenue, Suite 160, Grand Rapids, MN 55730 during normal office hours.
2. Download a pre-application online here, then print and complete. Be sure to print extra Section 214 Status Declaration pages for each household member.
3. Request to have a pre-application mailed or emailed to you by calling (218) 326-7978, Ext. 10 during normal office hours.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.Be sure to include Social Security Cards for each household member.No preferences were noted.For more information, visit the ICHRA website, or call the office at (218) 326-7978 during normal office hours.
