River View Heights and Sharp View Apartments, 1 and 2-Bedroom Public Housing Waiting List

This waiting list is for Public Housing rental housing assistance in Moorhead, Minnesota.

The Moorhead Public Housing Agency (MPHA) is accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for 1 and 2-Bedroom Apartments at River View Heights and Sharp View Apartments from February 26, 2024, until further notice.

This waiting list is for the following properties:

• River View Heights Apartments located at 800 2nd Ave N, Moorhead, MN 56560.
• Sharp View is located at 920 5th Ave S, Moorhead, MN 56560.

Please note: "Sharp View is Senior Designated - Head of Household must be 62 years of age or older." 

To apply while the waitlist is open, print the paper application.

Once the paper application has been completed, it must be either:

1. Faxed to 218-299-5461.
2. Hand deliver to the MPHA office, located at 800 2nd Ave N Moorhead MN 56560.
3. Mailed to the MPHA office, address mentioned above.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Disability (disability must be verified)
• Head of Household is Age 62 or older (Sharp View Elderly designation)
• Require wheelchair accessibility

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
