Eligibility
The Public Housing Commission of the City of Marshall (PHCCM) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.
The PHCCM offers one Public Housing community with 145 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 3 bedrooms.
To apply, visit the PHCCM to pick up a pre-application, located at 202 N 1st Street, Marshall, MN 56258, from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm CT; and 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.
Be sure to include copies of these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards, birth certificates, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.
