Dodge, Fillmore, Goodhue, Houston, Wabasha, and Winona County, Minnesota Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List

The Southeastern Minnesota Multi-County Housing and Redevelopment Authority (SEMMCHRA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently closed. Applications were last accepted on a limited basis from June 15, 2016 until August 15, 2019. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: According to the SEMMCHRA, it was "now accepting applications for the Section 8 program only for families eligible for the Southeastern Minnesota Multi-County HRA residency preference."

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

This waiting list had the following preferences: Elderly; families with children, live; work or go to school in the Counties of Dodge, Fillmore, Goodhue (with the exception of the City of Red Wing), Houston, Wabasha, or Winona (with the exception of the City of Winona), MN; current of former member of the armed forces, victim of domestic violence, homeless, displaced by government action, displaced by natural disaster.
