Public Housing Waiting List

The Stearns County Housing and Redevelopment Authority (SCHRA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families.
Please note: The SCHRA does not offer a Public Housing program for senior/disabled households.
The SCHRA offers one Public Housing community with 20 units for families that qualify for three bedroom.
There are two ways to apply:

1. Visit the SCHRA to pick up a pre-application, located at 401 West Wind Court, Cold Spring, MN 56320, from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm CT, Monday-Friday.
2. Request a pre-application be mailed to you by calling (320) 685-7771 from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be hand delivered to the address listed above, or mailed to PO Box 484, Cold Spring, MN 56320.
No documents are needed at this time.
The SCHRA does not have a preference.
Qualified applicants will be placed by the date and time the pre-application is received.
