Todd County Housing and Redevelopment Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Todd County Housing and Redevelopment Authority (TCHRA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.Please note: The TCHRA does accept families but, they must qualify for a one or two bedroom unit.The TCHRA offers one Public Housing community with 18 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.There are three ways to apply:

1. Visit the TCHRA to pick up a pre-application, located at 300 Linden Avenue South, Browerville, MN 56438, from 9:00 am until 2:30 pm CT, on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
2. Request to have a pre-application mailed to you by calling (320) 594-6388 or (866) 814-7713, from 9:00 am until 2:30 pm CT, on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
3. Download a pre-application, authorization form, and criminal release form, then print and complete.
