Boonville Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Boonville Housing Authority (BHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.The BHA offers one Public Housing community with 50 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 3 bedrooms.To apply, visit the BHA office to pick up a pre-application, located at 506 Powell St., Boonville, MO 65233, from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm CT, Monday-Friday.Once the pre-application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards for all household members, photo IDs for all adult household members, and proof of all income.The BHA does not have a preference.Qualified applicants will be placed by the date and time the pre-application is received.For more information, call the BHA office at (660) 882-7332 from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
