Caruthersville Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Caruthersville Housing Authority (CHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.The CHA offers two Public Housing communities with 304 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms.To apply, visit the CHA office to submit a pre-application in person, located at 200 W 12th St., Caruthersville, MO 63830, from 8:00 am until 11:30 am CT; and 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.Be sure to bring these documents with you when applying: Social Security Cards for all household members, and proof of all income.The CHA does have a preference for: Elderly, disabled, working families, and applicants that live and/or work in Caruthersville.For more information, call the CHA office at (573) 333-4461 from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm; and 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
