Public Housing Waiting List

The Columbia Housing Authority (CHA) Public Housing waiting list is currently open until further notice. Waiting lists for a specific community or bedroom size may be closed.

Please note: A map of all CHA communities can be found here.

To apply, download and print the application online here. Select the "Public Housing Application" link under the section titled Public Housing and Future Renovations.

This waiting list has the following preferences: Working, Elderly, Disabled, Honorably Discharged Veteran.
