Festus Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Festus Housing Authority (FHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.Please note: The FHA does accept senior/disabled applicants, as long as they have at least two people in the household.The FHA offers one Public Housing community with 56 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 2 to 3 bedrooms.There are two ways to apply:

1. Visit the FHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 1504 Robert Thompson Lane, Festus, Missouri 63028, from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm CT, Monday-Friday.
2. Download a pre-application online here, then print and complete.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm, Monday-Friday.Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, proof of all income, divorce decree (if applicable), marriage certificate (if applicable), copy of custody agreement (if applicable).No preferences were noted.For more information, visit the FHA website, or call the office at (636) 937-0044 from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
