Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the City of Moberly (HACM) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.
The HACM offers one Public Housing community with 246 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 3 bedrooms.
To apply, call the HACM to schedule a pre-application appointment at (660) 263-3950 during normal office hours.
Be sure to bring these documents when applying: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, photo IDs for all adult household members, proof of all income, and bank statements. All adult household members must be present at the interview.
