The Housing Authority of the City of Moberly (HACM) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.The HACM offers one Public Housing community with 246 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 3 bedrooms.To apply, call the HACM to schedule a pre-application appointment at (660) 263-3950 during normal office hours.Be sure to bring these documents when applying: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, photo IDs for all adult household members, proof of all income, and bank statements.
