Housing Authority of the City of Poplar Bluff Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the City of Poplar Bluff (HACPB) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.The HACPB offers two Public Housing communities with 575 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms.There are two ways to apply:

1. Visit the HACPB to pick up a pre-application, located at 302 N E St., Poplar Bluff, MO 63901, from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm CT; and 1:00 pm until 4:25 pm, Monday-Friday.
2. Request to have a pre-application mailed to you by calling (573) 785-2623 during the hours listed above.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm; and 1:00 pm until 4:25 pm, Monday-Friday.Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, a government or state issued ID for all adult household members, and proof of all income.The HACPB does not have a preference.Qualified applicants will be placed by the date and time the pre-application is received.For more information, call the HACPB office at (573) 785-2623 from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm; and 1:00 pm until 4:25 pm, Monday-Friday.
