Osceola Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Osceola Housing Authority (OHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.The OHA offers one Public Housing community with 76 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from studios to 3 bedrooms.There are two ways to apply:

1. Visit the OHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 102 Goodrich Dr., # 11, Osceola, MO 64776, from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm CT; and 1:00 pm until 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday.
2. Request to have a pre-application mailed to you by calling (417) 646-8019 from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm; and 1:00 pm until 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.No documents are needed at this time.The OHA does not have a preference.Qualified applicants will be placed by the date and time the pre-application is received.For more information, call the OHA office at (417) 646-8019 from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm; and 1:00 pm until 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday.
