Lincolnton Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Lincolnton Housing Authority (LHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The LHA offers one Public Housing community with 248 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.To apply: Visit the LHA on Tuesdays to apply in person, between the hours of 9:00 am until 11:30 am, and 1:30 pm until 4:00 pm.Be sure to bring these documents with you when applying: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.For more information, the LHA can be reached by calling (704) 735-2221, during normal office hours.
