Princeville Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Princeville Housing Authority (PHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The PHA offers two Public Housing communities with 49 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.To apply: Visit the PHA to apply in person, on the last Tuesday or Thursday of each month, between the hours of 10:00 am and 4:00 pm. The PHA is located at 51 Pioneer St, Princeville, NC 27886.Be sure to bring these documents with you: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.The PHA does have a preference for applicants that live and/or work in Princeville.For more information, the PHA can be reached by calling (252) 823-3889, during normal office hours.
