Public Housing Waiting List

The Rockingham Housing Authority (RHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior disabled individuals.
The RHA offers seven Public Housing communities with 224 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.
To apply, visit the RHA to fill out an application on Thursdays, between the hours of 10:00 am until 2:00 pm, located at 809 Armistead St., Rockingham, NC 28379.
Be sure to bring these documents with you when filling out your application: birth certificates, social security cards, rental references, custody papers, DD214 if a veteran, income verification, and photo IDs for all adult household members.
The RHA does have a preference for veterans.
