Troy Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Troy Housing Authority (THA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The THA offers three Public Housing communities with 82 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.To apply, visit the THA to pick up an application, located at 408 S Main St, Troy, NC 27371, between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.
